Is that the name of your new Deathknight? I'm almost there with my mining as is DKMex one of our other Deathknights. We're not as worried about the last bit of Thorium since we can pick that up in WP/EP if you follow the levelling guide. I'm just about to add 2 new levelling guides that Jame wrote on his wow pro site which you have probably already seen. I don't plan on reading the Death Knight starting zone bit but I certainly will be following his other parts and Outland guide later on. Good luck! Make sure to keep us informed of how you do. I saw a link to your blog on wow-pro.com and started reading. I have a similar situation as you guys do with the not wanting to play my main (hunter) anymore. I have had my heart set on re-rolling a DK for some time and I am looking forwarded to the chance. This guide for fast mineing plus the link is great, I still have 3 days till WotLK and now I'm going for the same idea as you to build up a gathering profession now rather then later.
